Medication Management

Medication management involves a thorough evaluation of an individual’s mental health symptoms to determine if psychiatric medications are an appropriate part of their treatment plan. At Crown & Compass, we prioritize safety, symptom reduction, and the improvement of overall quality of life. Our process is collaborative, ensuring that patients are well-informed about their options, the expected benefits, and potential side effects. Regular follow-up appointments allow us to monitor progress, adjust dosages, and ensure that the chosen treatment remains effective and aligned with the patient’s recovery goals.

Who Can Benefit

Medication Assisted Treatment (OBOT)

A medically supervised, compassionate office-based opioid treatment program designed to support lasting recovery with dignity.

Opioid Use Disorder is a medical condition, not a moral failure. Crown & Compass offers an Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and supportive care to help you achieve and maintain recovery. Our OBOT program is designed to reduce the barriers that often keep people from getting the help you need. You do not have to enter a residential program or travel to a specialized facility. Our licensed providers can evaluate, prescribe, and manage your medication-assisted treatment right here in our clinic, in a private, nonjudgmental setting.

Our OBOT program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your life, offering professional medical care in a private, office-based setting. This approach allows you to maintain your daily responsibilities while receiving the stabilization necessary to rebuild your future.

How OBOT Works
  • Comprehensive Assessment: Your provider conducts a full medical and substance use history.
  • Personalized Treatment Plan: We develop a plan that may include medications such as buprenorphine (Suboxone) along with behavioral health counseling.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Support: Regular follow-up visits track your progress and adjust your care as your recovery evolves.
  • Counseling and Community Resources: We connect you with behavioral health therapy and community support to address the whole-person needs of recovery.
Important Note

We provide a private, judgment-free environment. We understand that seeking treatment for opioid use disorder takes courage. Every person who enters our OBOT program is treated with the same dignity and respect we extend to every client in every service we offer. Your privacy and your recovery are our priorities.

Veterans

You Served. Now Let Us Serve You.
Military service changes a person. The resilience it builds is extraordinary. So are the challenges it can leave behind. At Crown & Compass, we take veteran mental health seriously, and we have built our care model around the real experiences of those who have served.

We provide services for a wide range of conditions that are common among veterans and active-duty military personnel, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, traumatic brain injury-related mental health concerns, moral injury, military sexual trauma, and substance use disorders.

We work closely with VA referral pathways and community-based veteran resources to ensure that our veteran clients have access to the full scope of support available to them.
